Video transcript: "I was taught that failure is a lesson. And that over a person's lifetime or over a community's lifetime, you will encounter many lessons, you will make mistakes. And that every mistake is an opportunity to learn. If you refuse that opportunity to learn, then your mistakes and the lessons, or the consequences of those mistakes, will get bigger, and bigger, and bigger. And so, from my community, from an Osage perspective and I would even broaden that to perhaps a Plains perspective - every mistake is an opportunity to learn. It's not necessarily something that should be avoided at all costs, but it is our responsibility to recognize when we have made a mistake. If we continue behaving in that way, the consequences are going to get worse, and worse, and worse."
